How does the Fall Pasta Club work?
Do I have to "subscribe" to this club?: If you already receive our emails, you’re in the club! You can opt in each week to preorder a kit or not :) If you haven’t signed up to get emails, scroll down to the bottom of the page to join.
Where: At Sawmill Market, we'll be setting up a small booth near the Mercantile. You can stop by to say hi, pick up a preordered kit, or peruse that day's pasta selection.
When: Every Saturday in November, from 10am-1pm.
What's In a Meal Kit?: Fresh pasta and all the ingredients needed for the week's recipe (the only items needed that are not included are butter, olive oil, and salt and pepper)
How intensive are the recipes? They will vary in prep work (chopping, roasting, etc). Expect to spend around 45 minutes for most. They are simple but they are "from-scratch" recipes, meaning there are no pre-made sauces included.
How many people does the Kit serve?: 2 for dinner or 4-6 as a side.
How much does each Kit cost?: They will vary depending on ingredients each week. The kit available this week is $23.
Do the Kits need to be refrigerated?: Yes, some ingredients need to be refrigerated. (The pastas hold best frozen) Everything should be fine for at least an hour unrefrigerated.
Can I preorder the Kit?: Yes, click the "preorder" button below. This will ensure that I have a kit for you this Saturday. The option to preorder will be available every week.
How will I find out what the meal kit is each week?: I'll send you an email a few days ahead of Saturday with the recipe description and a link to preorder.
Can I buy one on Saturday without preordering?: Yes! But there will only be a select amount, first come, first serve.
If it says "sold out" online, can I still buy a kit in person on Saturday?: If it says "sold out" online, that means we maxed out on available preorders. But we will still have some kits for sale in-person on Saturday.
When can I pickup my meal kit?: Between 10am-1pm on Saturday. If you need to pick it up later during the day on Saturday, we can hold it for you until 9pm.
Can I also preorder regular pasta packages?: No, our regular pasta packages ($7 each) are available to purchase only in person. I will have those at the booth this weekend as well.
