tulipani is a small batch pastificio in ABQ that offers a changing line of artisanal, fresh pastas using the best organic flour, eggs, and seasonal ingredients available. Our recipes pays homage to tradition while drawing inspiration from local flavors and ingredients.

tulipani (previously ñocco) began in the tiniest room of a shared kitchen space downtown, where a variety of cut and stuffed pastas were made for special orders, farmers markets, and CSAs. 

During the winter, you can find us on select days at our own quirky pop-up shop to pick up preorders. During the market season, April-October, you can find us at the Saturday Downtown Growers Market (8am-12pm) and on select Sundays at the Railyards Market (10am-2pm).
